Christian Greenshaw
Chairman and Founder
Christian established CareShield in 2009 and later BroadShield in 2011 with a mission to encourage learning, continual technological and service innovation, and collaborative working.

With over two decades of experience in delivering specialist training and digital workforce development, Christian has played a pivotal role in establishing CareShield and BroadShield as innovators and leaders within the industry. After serving as the CEO of CareShield for several years, Christian transitioned into the position of Chairman in April 2023, where he continues to support the leadership team in both companies with financial and strategic commercial planning for growth.
Emma Perry
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Emma is responsible for driving strategic direction, converting strategies into actionable plans, and leading the overall operations of the company.

Joining CareShield in 2015 and moving into the CEO role of both CareShield and BroadShield in 2023, Emma has held several senior roles within the company. Emma brings a wealth of experience, strategic thinking, and leadership abilities to her role as CEO. She has a track record of operating at both executive management and operational levels and is skilled in providing leadership across departments. With her customer-focused approach and dedication to delivering business results, she continues to drive the growth and success of the company.
